Through community sponsorships, we can host truly unique and memorable events while also supporting Equuvation’s Scholarship Fund, which provides no-cost therapeutic services for children and families in need.

Dinner with Donkeys

  • DATES / TIMES:

    • Thursday 01 May (rain date: Thu 08 May)

    • Thursday 09 Oct (rain date: Thu 16 Oct)

    • 5:00pm-7:00pm

  • DESCRIPTION:

    • A casual, fun, open-house style evening to learn about Equuvation through tours and demos. Also, we invite guests to “paint” an original work of art with our animals, and enjoy wonderful local food and beverages. In 2024, we had 80 guests in attendance and we look forward to doing it again—twice!

  • EXPECTED ATTENDANCE:

    • 100 guests including neighbors, volunteers, members from our local community, and our client families.

  • EVENT GOAL(S):

    • To share our mission and vision—as well as the depth of our individual programs—with the local community, volunteers, clients, and neighbors in a fun way.

Sponsorships available from $350 to $1,500 per event date, as well as in-kind opportunities.

Benefit Obstacle Days

    • Clinic Sessions: 9:00a-11:30a -and- 1:30p-4:00p

    • Obstacle Challenge Competition: 11:30a-1:30p

    • Equine Lunch + Learn: 11:30a-1:30p

  • DESCRIPTION:

    • Our Benefit Obstacle Clinic Series and our Obstacle Challenge were so popular in 2024 (both sold out!), we are combining and expanding these events this year! Join us for an inclusive, fun, casual event for all ages, abilities, and disciplines—in-hand and under-saddle—over obstacles. New for this year, these events will also include a “Lunch-and-Learn” continuing education opportunity centered on the Lifecycle-of-the-Horse. Click HERE to learn more about these events.

  • EXPECTED ATTENDANCE:

    • 75 guests including participants with horses, auditors, competitors, and those attending the Lunch-n-Learn.

  • EVENT GOAL(S):

    • To promote ethical and compassionate horsemanship, horse care, and training; to provide continuing education workshops for our community (equestrians and beyond); and to provide an inclusive, fun, and safe “alternative” competitive opportunity for the local equestrian community.

Sponsorships available from $250 to $1,000 per event date, as well as in-kind opportunities.

GRAZE+GLOW

  • DATES / TIMES:

    • Saturday 25 October (rain date: Sunday 26 October)

    • 4:30pm-7:30pm

  • DESCRIPTION:

    • GRAZE+GLOW is heading into it’s 4th year as a unique, interactive, and family-friendly event! Featuring a hot air balloon glow, trick-or-treating, live music, costume contests, local food trucks, art show, and much more, GRAZE+GLOW is a sensory-friendly alternative to the area’s large annual balloon festival, and a safe place for kids to celebrate Halloween, all while promoting the mission and vision of Equuvation.

    • GRAZE+GLOW is the largest annual event and fundraiser for our Scholarship Fund, which provides no-cost mental health and therapeutic services for kids and families!

  • EXPECTED ATTENDANCE:

    • 700+ guests from across 8+ counties; families and groups seeking a sensory-friendly experience.

  • EVENT GOAL(S):

    • To continue another year of our signature balloon glow event to expand awareness for our programs and raise money for our Scholarship Fund.

Sponsorships available from $5 to $4,500 per event, as well as in-kind opportunities.

Donations are tax-deductible to the extent of the law. Donation receipts will be provided. All sponsorships and donations allow us to use 100% of participant and guest fees from our events to provide therapeutic services for families in need year-round.
